Reason for this Petition

This petition of certain residents of the Australian Capital Territory draws to the attention of the Assembly the need to provide upgrades to playgrounds in Higgins, including bins, park benches, working bubblers, climbing frames and slides at Hudson Street and shade sails at Westhoven Street.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the Assembly to urge the ACT Government to upgrade these two playgrounds, as well as maintain the other playgrounds in Higgins.
